In a ceremony commemorating the Women’s day in Iran, Ahmadinejad shocked the audience by jumping off the stage to present an award to Shahid Motahari’s wife. According to reports, he jumped off the stage after he noticed that the wife of the Martyr is old and cannot stand up. Although, the act is nice on its own, I think someone has forgotten to remind the president that there are stairs and one usually does not have to jump off the stage.
