New York City’s first Critical Mass was in 1993. Below is video of the recent Critical Mass bike ride in New York. Note how much the police reports are different from what was captured on camera. Now guess how much of NYPD police reports are made up. Make sure to what the troubling section of the video which starts after three minutes.
